1. Rotate the neck to the right-left and then round.Take this micro-yoga exercise slowly, for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Press the right part of the head from the palm of your right hand. Keep your neck straight.

1. Raise both hands on either the bottom or the chair or standing and fold the hands with the elbow on your shoulder. Now breathe your both hands forward and back in the sphere, breathing in and out.
2. Lift up your hands and keep it in the pose of Namaskar. Now taking the hands down, breathing out. Take hands once on the chest and once behind the head.
